In September 2007, the Centre national de la cinématographie formed a work group on the economic factors of digital projection in movie theaters. The group was chaired by Mr. Philippe Levrier, President of France Télé Numérique and President of the Commission d&rsquoaide sélective à la création et à la modernisation des salles du CNC (CNC selective financing commission for building and modernizing movie theaters).
