This department is in charge of action in the fields of training, writing and development, as well as support for the directing and production of short films.
It consists of
- the training, writing and development division. This division supervises preliminary and professional training dossiers, funding for the writing and preparation of documentaries and the documentary part of the audiovisual innovation fund, support for structures aiding writers and project development. It also has a reception office for writers
- the film-making and production division. This division manages funding for short film production before and after the films are made (financial contributions, aid for corporate programmes and quality prizes) and support for structures aiding creation and meetings between professionals.
