The tasks of this section include :
- promoting the emergence of new writers and new creative standards
- supporting the creation of works before the production stage
- managing all the aid allocated to short films
- fostering the promotion of film and television works with all audience categories, and the broadcasting of the works in the non-commercial sector
- implementing the CNC's territorial policy by developing its agreement policy with authorities
- organizing educational activities on images for the young, both during and outside school hours
