The control procedure department is responsible for controlling compliance with labor law and corporate codes :
It plays an advisory and preventive role, working with the CNC departments in charge of managing subsidies, as well as with professionals.
It regularly exchanges information with all supervisory bodies as described by the labor code, and participates in the work of the anti-fraud operational committees.
In addition, it monitors the procedures implemented when a CNC regulation breach are brought before the sanctions commission. If necessary, it also participates in training CNC enforcement officers.
