According to the last estimates made by the CNC, admissions in theaters reached 22.78 million in November 2012, down from 17.58 million in October 2012 (-14.0%).
For the first eleven months of 2012, admissions totalled 183.7 million, a drop of 4.0% compared with the same period in 2011.
Over the past twelve months, estimated admissions were 208.9 million. It fell by 0.8% year-on-year.
French Films market share in the first eleven months of 2012 was 41.6% of total admissions (39.6% in 2011). US features shared 49.0% of total admissions. Over the past twelve months, French films market share was 42.8%, 47.4% for American films and 9.9% for other films.
