According to the last estimates made by the CNC, admissions in theaters reached 17.29 million in February 2014, up from 14.41 million in February 2013 (+20.0%).
Over the past twelve months, estimated admissions totalled 198.99 million, a rise of 0.1% compared with the same period in 2013.
French Films market share in February 2014 was 45.3% of total admissions. US features shared 40.5% of total admissions. Over the past twelve months, French films market share was 34.8%, 52.1% for American films and 13.1% for other films.
