According to the last estimates made by the CNC, admissions in theaters reached 11.99 million in June 2015, up from 11.36 million in June 2014 (+5.6%).
For the first semester of 2015, admissions totalled 100.79 milllion, a drop of 5.5% compared with the same period in 2014.
Over the past twelve months, estimated admissions totalled 203.06 million, a drop of 0.8% compared with the same period in 2014.
French Films market share in June 2015 was 36.5% of total admissions. US features shared 48.4% of total admissions. Over the past twelve months, French films market share was 38.2%, 48.4% for American films and 13.4% for other films.
