Come and meet the CNC at the Berlinale and the European Film Market (EFM), taking place from February 12-18, at the Gropius Bau, stand n°36.

France: your Production Partner

Explore opportunities for coproduction with France and learn how to make the most of the Tax Rebate for International Productions (TRIP).

9.00am –10.00am— Coproducing with France

An overview of why and how to coproduce with France, plus guidance to increase your chances of accessing Cinémas du Monde, the minority coproduction fund operated by the CNC.

10.00am –11.00am — Filming in France with the TRIP

A complete introduction to France’s Tax Rebate for International Productions (TRIP), giving access to up to 40% rebate on eligible expenses.

Plan your production with Film France-CNC

Film France-CNC, the French film commission, department of the CNC, supports foreign productions and individuals preparing to film in France, including expertise on the Tax Rebate for International Productions (TRIP), understanding of the French regulations (permits and visas), assistance with location scouting, shoots, animation, VFX and postproduction work in France.

Introducing Games to Screen: Showcase of French IPs, a brand-new cross-media initiative from the Institut français Germany and the CNC, with the support of the EFM.

• 4.15pm – 6.00pm: Pitch session of innovative French video game IPs ready to inspire film and series followed by a matchmaking between the video games studios and producers
   
• 5.00pm – 6.00pm: Panel “Games to Screen: Navigating Crossmedia Challenges”
   
• 6.00pm – 7.00pm: Networking drink
